Troubleshooting Guide
Diesel engine part
Can not drive the engine or disc car speed is too low
the reason:
A) The battery is not fully charged
B) The main switch is disconnected
C) A semi-automatic fuse in the terminal box is disengaged
D) Poor contact / circuit break
E) Key switch failure
F) Start relay fault
G) Start motor fault
H) Any startup line fault
I) There is water in the engine
J) Lube oil temperature is low
K) Use the wrong type of lubricant
L) other internal and external causes of engine rotation
Approach:
A) Check the electrolyte level and make up if necessary. Charge the battery and replace the battery if necessary
B) Close the main switch
C) Press the button on the fuse to reset the fuse
D) Eliminate any open circuit / faulty connections, check connections for oxidation, clean if necessary
E) Replace the key switch
F) Replace the starter relay
G) Contact authorized personnel
H) Check all other startup lines
I) Contact authorized repairer, do not start the engine
J) Install the oil sump oil heater
K) Replace Lubricant and Filter / Make sure to use the correct type of lubricant
L) Check if the crankshaft is flexible
